Cowboy Poetry
Tucked in the hills of SunValley is Sandbar Sanctuary, non-profit that serves as a refuge for victims of domestic violence, offering equine therapy and a safe, restorative space for healing.
The kind of place where Cowboy Poetry feels right at home.
Photography by Adam Stanzak
Hosted and made possible by Amir Beardsley, Ruby York and Zane York, Cowboy Poetry came together “with a petting zoo, line dancing lessons, open bar, free food, face painting, cowboy poetry workshop, custom poems, horse tours, manifestation point, vendors, raffles, giveaways, art gallery, even corn hole and live music.” The outfit “set a new record for attendees and money raised for Sandbar Sanctuary.”
Massive shout out to everyone who made this possible, and keep an eye out for the next Cowboy Poetry shindig in Southern California.
